Included were a series of posters, featuring an athlete in a "podium moment" - the feeling that rushes over an athlete once they win in a sport. By doing very basic things, e.g. picking up the jumprope and exercising with it, the athlete puts him or herself on the path to wellness.

Both a weekly and monthly tracking system were developed to motivate athletes.
