I chose to create my 2 posters with an Art Deco style of a Tango Dance company located in NYC.

I used Line throughout the 2 posters, as a way of creating balance and uniformity. I use it to help showcase the type and also to frame the dancers. I also used line in creating the Art Deco design, semi circle. And in creating the semi circles themselves. The semi circles create balance as well. I use Value in the yellows. and the overall color compliments each other and allows the red to pop, drawing in your eye.
   The font styles and decorations are perfect for the Art Deco style however I may not have stuck to it well enough with the design of the dancers, by having too many curves. I struggled with this. I tried to more geometric shapes for the dancers but it just didn't look right to me. However I am really liking the look of this sort of Mixed Genre Style.
