This work was produced under visiting lecturers of the Department of Art and Crafts at Tsinghua University, Academy of Arts & Design, Beijing.
Focusing on traditional Chinese chasing and repoussé I drafted a design featuring a musk deer and wolf in a balanced yin yang pattern.
Using tools made during my time at Oregon College of Art and Craft as well as some made at Glasgow School of Art. This piece was made during a four day span exploring chasing and repoussé and expanding upon an existing knowledge of the making process.
