The SEAGLE is a patrol ship designed for the Brazilian Navy ( not official).
We currently have a lot of Patrol Ships in the world but most of them follows the same lines without any huge improvement.
This project was designed to be a new concept for Patrol Ships. After spending a several time studying a lot of ships, it was possible to see that about 75% of the ship structure stays above the sea level, so the aerodynamics are so important as the hydrodynamics.
When we think about aerodynamics we think about wings and consequently birds.
To make a faster ship with best aerodynamics saving time and fuel, I used the Peregrine Falcon which is the fastest animal on Earth as inspiration to make the profile line of this new patrol ship.
Following the rule "form follows function" this ship has some improvements making this project very different from what we usually see.
Here you can see some of them:
* Hangar with a ramp for the launch of jet-skis to get a better approach to the criminals.
*The upper deck glasses are covered with solar panels to recieve energy from the sun, being eco-friendly.
* The upper deck is made with bullet -proof glass to be easier to change after attacks and give a 360º better view around the ship.
* One single aerofoil with all the antenna and radars inside to get a better aerodynamics and protect these equipments.
