Designing a vintage look for an ice cream restaurant
In 1925, Casper Merrill created the first 'Fat Boy Nut Sundae" on his family farm. That treat led to the founding of Fat Boy Ice Cream, a large manufacturer of retail ice cream treats sold in grocery stores all over the West. In 2007, Casper's Malt Shoppe opened as a premium ice cream parlor franchise in Cache Valley, Utah. The interior designer created a style to match the vintage logo. I created a series of interior and exterior signage, posters and menus to match the beautiful old-fashioned style of the restaurant.
