For text we have lorem ipsum tools. I like to do the same with illustration and host a new project on Github named: "Lorem Ipsum Illustration" I believe in the end you always provide a unique style for your client but in the first place this can be used as quick solution.
The possibilities are endless. I would like to give developers access like {placekitten} or mobile developers can use it via api in their apps as default pictures.
Designers can use the sourcefile to compose rapidly any topic they want.
Adobe Illustrator file is attached on Github. The library will grow in the next month.
