Instarmac Group is an up and coming property developer in the Malaysian Borneo state of Sarawak. Instarmac brings together the best of different expertise, experiences and perspectives to shape meaningful places for the local community. We came up with a brand position and identity that reflect the team’s aspiration in making a difference through not only buildings, but the way they touch lives by designing a typography logo and incorporating the illustration of a local Kingfisher, one of the many birds in Sarawak's large rainforest.
