The class assignment was to create 2 posters advertising renewable energy at MCC. One of the posters made appropriate for a high school setting and the other for a business. The content of the text was provided. each were only to be a 2 color job plus white.

 

My high school design I really wanted the light to stand out. The background I chose was all grey and a lighter grey for the subtle macomb logo rays. I chose a font that was simple and modern so it was easy to read.

 

For the business design I wanted it to look a little bit fun, but also technical by way of the solar panel used for the background. The fonts are eyecatching and meant to stand out a bit in the work place. The color is still a work friendly on so it isn't too loud of a piece.
