Sumo Showdown
A fresh variation on Sumo wrestling, this commercial was conceived by Bob Perini (President and CEO of DrinkMore Water) and Tony Zaslav. They were eager to listen to ideas from director/editor Zohar Rom as they collaborated and developed the spot.

Emanuel “Tiny” Yarbrough is the star. He's a champion Sumo wrestler who set the Guinness world record as the World's Heaviest Athlete. His first job was as a messenger, but he was so imposing that many people wouldn’t open the door. He tried judo, but fell in love with Sumo wrestling.

The spot won the first-ever Best In Show at the Cable Advertising Awards, and was named the 2nd Best Commercial of the Decade by the Peer Awards, which honors productions in the mid-Atlantic states.

Cast:  Lonnie Smith as The Challenger and "Tiny" as The Champion.
