The goal for this project was to redesign a DVD cover and DVD start menu for the 1996 film Sling Blade using typography only.
The example I have provided skillfully breaks the rules because the typography ultimately strengthens the visual message of the design. This is achieved by altering or deforming letterforms, space, or positioning, in order to manipulate the visual message the words send. Appreciate it if you like.
