The transformation of Leśnica (district of Wrocław) will include newly pedestranised areas as well as a new shopping arcade, market place and clock tower. The competition was launched as part of the annual Festival of Architecture where SARP (The Association of Polish Architects) invited architects and urban planners to submit their own proposals for the future development of the district. The scheme will be the basis for the creation of a new local zoning plan for the area.
