This application enables road trip travelers to plot out a road trip, designating each stop.  Within each stop, users can select and book hotels, restaurants and points of interest, using location services in the device.
 
Additionally, road trip itineraries may be shared in a community. Travel marketers may use this data for re-targeting, or creating promotions en-route. The app is extensible; agnostic with respect to the travel marketer's choice of booking engine. 
 
 
 
 
 
The app uses the Google Maps API to plot out a route between departure and destination. 
The app also integrated with Flickr, so that users could include creative commons images to represent departure city and destination city.
A new trip route is plotted along the California coast. 
Iconography represents points of interest, accommodations and shopping options along the route.

Users may filter dining, places to stay, shopping options, etc. 
On selecting a hotel, a single tap reveals more details, social info, and pricing. 
Users may post and browse road trip itineraries in the user community.
