Located in Oracabessa, Jamaica, GoldenEye is the former estate of Ian Fleming (author and creator of James Bond, 007). In 1976, Chris Blackwell (founder of Island Records) bought the property and has since developed it into a world-class boutique resort. MARCH was hired during the most recent resort expansion to help visualize GoldenEye’s future. The Bond Villa is a MARCH designed concept for the property’s most elite residence type.
