Our society is facing an identity crisis. In an attempt to recover his cultural values, the contemporary individual appeals to the authentic folklore and embarks on a "healing" journey: from Paparude to Caloian, to the world of Folk Masks and the Merry Cemetery of Săpânţa. Starting from these premises, FOLCLORIADA proposes clothing ensembles that integrate folk elements in contemporary fashion, abstracting the folk costume silhouette and proposing new solutions for the textile surfaces.
