In this project I wanted to create an object that would show my opinion on design. I think that thought out design improves the lives of people.

 

The inspiration came from the realisation that every day I have to look through all of my cards in my wallet to find the one that I was looking for. Initially I explored ways in which design could be beneficial to people who have some type of visual impairment, however the project developed to become beneficial for a wider range of users. 

 

For this outcome, I decided to use 3D printing, in order to create cards with specific measurements and which would be distinguishable by touch. I visioned this product to be used for example in the london public transport system and with various identification cards.
