Test Scenarios
Participants:
Selected men who were in the 23 – 48 year age range. These participants were motivated and interested in the tasks at hand helps fully understand how the websites would be utilized by potential customers. The participants all used computers on a daily basis in many capacities and all of them have a plan of buying a car recently.
 
Participants were initially given a consent form (Appendix A) 

and a demographic questionnaire (Appendix B). 

Participants were then observed performing the tasks and given a site feedback questionnaire 
(Appendix C).
  
They were encouraged to talk through their thoughts as they evaluated the sites and have 
to take notes as they completed the tasks.

Start With Exploration:
The participants were given a short period of time to freely browse and familiarize themselves 
with the site.They were encouraged to give their first impressions of the site and give their 
overall reaction to the site’s look and feel.
 
After the exploration, the participants were asked the following questions:
- What are the functions of this site?
- What is your first impression of the website’s organization and design?
- Do you think it would be easy for a user to find cars on the site?

Test Scenarios:

Test Case One
Mr. and Mrs. Sharma are retired schoolteachers who are now in their 70s. Their Social connection with family and friends is an important part of their life style. They use have visit a lot with their Maruti Auto Lxi to there friends and relative. They've just sold their house and Maruti Auto from Mumbai and moved to a Jaipur. They know that one of the many chores they need to do now is buy a used car. They don't know where the used car dealer office is and it's getting harder for them to do a lot of walking. If it is easy and safe enough, they would like to use the computer to notify the Used Car Dealers near to them. However, they are somewhat nervous about doing a task like this by computer. They never used computers in their jobs. However, their son, Vijay, gave them a computer last year, set it up for them, and showed them how to use email and go to websites. They have never been to any auto website, so they don't know how it is organized. Also, they are reluctant to give out personal information online, so they want to know how safe it is to tell the website about their personal information this way.

- Was it easy to find the required car?
- Did you experience any difficulties in finding the car?
- In your opinion, what reasons cause such difficulties?
- How easy was it to find the information?
- Did you run into difficulties? If so, please describe them?
- if you could change something about the website, what would it be.
