2011's Christmas card was designed to reinforce a recently adopted visual identity including the 3 brand colors.
The creative idea came from LAPPSET's surrondings in Finnish Lapland. It would be a card that would reveal itself when cold enough. The reactive ink was "programmed" to turn black at around 0 C. In Finland it would reveal itself by simply bringing it outdoors - mirrowing the new slogan "We Invite Mankind Outdoors".
The reactive graphics include the first part of the written slogan, a "snow angel" figure and the missing letters on the greetings text.
