Palettable – is a modify from the word “Paletable”, literally means having a pleasant or agreeable taste in flavor to be eaten. In addition, it also comes from the word combination of “Palette” and “ Edible”.I’ve found out that the colors of fruits and vegetable are a small clue as what vitamin and nutrients are included, therefore it leads to the Palettable magazine concept.
Palettable is a quarterly magazine. Each issue will be based on one particular fruits or vegetable and color. For instance, the first issue is about Strawberry. Inside it will divide in to four parts. First, the Hors D’oeuvre is an introduction of a book. Second, the Entrée is a tip/ in depth story about Strawberry, Third, the main course which will include all the recipe related to the Strawberry or the color of red. Forth, the dessert is the food tracking, credits and contact us.
The tracing paper: it’s for the reader to note or doodle down their own tips or extra information from their preference or point of view so later in the future they will not forget.
