BRIEF
Redesign a classic novel book cover in order to entice a younger audience of readers. One cover must be photography based while the other cover must be typographical.
DESIGN SOLUTION
A Picture of Dorian Gray delivers the story of a beautiful, innocent young man’s seduction, moral corruption, and eventual downfall; a fight between good and evil. I wanted these designs to be visually stimulating and portray the essence of this dark tale. The abstract imagery I created, paired with stark yet beautiful typography texture creates a cleaver, clean and simple solution to this design project and helps capture the dark, twisted and sinister tale of Dorian Gray.
