Surrey County Council's litter campaign is designed to discourage people from littering and raise awareness that there is a fine if you do. The brief was to target dog walkers, drivers and pedestrians with a mixture of print and online collateral including social media. The design had to be bright, eye catching and clear. The campaign also highlights one of Surrey County Council's priorities of caring for the environment.
