Most high end luxury home buyers are older men aged 50 and above, however, the actual selection process of the homes are found to be done by their spouses/partners. This led me to seek inspiration from high end luxury hotel and clothing brands such as Ritz-Carton, Clifton Arms and Hermes, which would be recognizable and relatable for such a demographic.
