Developing a CAD-generated mixed-use development plan into an attractive, presentable graphic
I was asked to develop a company-wide method of developing CAD plans into graphics fit for presentation to clients, and for other marketing needs. My responsibility was to figure out a way to standardize the development of the art, so that anyone with basic Photoshop knowledge (anyone on the company payroll) could do the same. This included color and gradient use; filters; how parking, water, shadows, roads, non-developed areas, grass and trees would look; and how the border would appear. Note that the actual size of this document was 42"x36".
