Full Naked Matrioshka
My absolutly naked Matrioshka concept :
The first (the biggest one) is a totally basic Matrioshka, painted with original russian style.
When you open this one, you see the naked version.
When you open the naked one... you see the muscles version of course ! What else !
When you take off the muscles... you see the bones !
When you remove the bones... you see organs !
