An already built-up project, our task is more challenging. especially when the new Hotel’s owner needs a total transformation from a 1970’s residential building to an iconic boutique hotel.The project consists of 36 hotel rooms crowned by a unique roof cafe and a private entrance elegant restaurant.After several design proposals, we succeeded to unify the above 3 elements in one body, maintaining a unique user experience in each space.
