The activity of the soft matters group aims to the characterisation of soft materials and their possible usage. It has a great experience with developing intelligent nanostructure systems especially with gels that are biocompatible and capable of controlled agent-transmission. These gels react to the changes of the environmental parameters such as temperature, pH, light, magnetic sphere. Nowadays, the systems of the direct agenttransmission (implants, transdermal and oral distributional products) are in the centre of the research. The group has considerable experience with the definition of thermic, mechanic and rheological features of polymers and colloid systems.
