A typographic project - we had to design a small sample of a book that would accompany
an exhibition about famed Māori New Zealand artist, Ralph Hotere.

There is a transcendent quality to much of Hotere's work. This and the contemplative tone of his Black paintings are what I chose to inform my design aesthetic.
Specs: Zeta paper, saddle stitch (hand-sewn with linen thread),
black card cover, drafting paper (dust jacket).
