Media partners, The Design Surgery and Raconteur, were recently appointed by Knight Frank to develop their new Global Cities 2015 report, released in September 2014. Combining The Surgery’s design capabilities and Raconteur’s publishing experience, an editorial and insight driven publication was produced and managed for Knight Frank, based on quality journalism, in-depth analysis and premium design.
The key focus throughout the project concentrated on creating an authoritative, seminal report on the global commercial property market; enhanced with localised and humanised editorial features within the publication. The ongoing story of commercial property in global cities was reinforced through compelling data visualisation, engaging analysis and a cohesive family of photography.
To finish this unique and insightful publication, the inside pages were printed on a white uncoated stock, with the covers on black colourplan with white, blue and gunmetal foils to give it the desired luxurious feel.
