Blended the strokes with mixer brush. This time used higher value for mix and wetness. Used lower value for load. Switch off Load Brush after each stroke option in mixer brush control panel.

Added white patches again with mixer brush. First give bold patches with lower mixer and wetness value. Then blended it higher mixer value, lower Load value and Switch off Load Brush after each stroke option in mixer brush control panel.

Step-4
Start adding patches for the cloud shape. First painted with higher mixer value and Switching off Load Brush after each stroke option in mixer brush control panel which gives transparent blended patches. Then switch on the Load brush stroke option. Decrease the mixer value and paint to get a thick patched in front. This wasy you will get a dimension.

Now started adding thick white strokes around the edges of the cloud using normal brush and blended the inner patches of each cloud shapes.

Used smudge tool and made a smooth blend patched in each cloud. Slightly extended the edges of the cloud endlines.

Could have stopped on previous stage. Tried Using a little of Dodging to bring small dark patches.
