Story book illustration. We were given some text to illustrate visually for a childrens book. The text I was given was about a castle rising from the sand in a desert being built by slaves of a horrible queen while a sandstorm approaches. Done in fineliners and ink.

"Huey the Chef!" A caricature of channel 10's celebrity chef. He sometimes appears to be quite messy in the kitchen which is what I captured in the humorous illustration. Done in Fine liner, copic marker and white gel pen.
"Meet Peet the Eclectic". This illustration was inspired by an Eclectic Parrot that flew into my backyard one day. I was drawn to its bright, bold colours. This piece expresses the Eclectic's natural habitat. Done in coloured pencil and fine liners.
