Three screen printed images placed together to represent Park Hill as a whole.
Park Hill’s Brutalist architecture combines harsh concrete, glass and plastic within it’s structure. These three materials have been depictied within each of the seperate
images as a different colour, allowing each material to be identified easily.
These layers have then been overlayed to create a 3D effect, an effect that portrays Park Hill not as a flat building, but of one that has depth. By screen printing the images, It allows the different inks to layer up and merge, creating a rough texture that represents the building’s exterior exactly.
