A white statue creates her white garment in the presence of the audience. After that, she stands still, reminiscent of the Kerameikos ancient cemetery for glorious Greeks, which now lays buried underneath modern Metaxourgeio, a socially deprived, multi-ethnic neighborhood in the heart of Athens....
The audience, children and adults, inhabitants of Metaxourgeio and visitors, are free to take brushes, waterpaint, fingerpaint, but also pieces of coloured fabric or paper, and, with lots of fun/joy and endless imagination, give the white statue some colour.....

Their intervention creates a live painting and a live public installation and in the end gives not only colour, but life:
As the participants colour, the statue slowly comes to life – she finds her voice and movement, she opens her eyes and smiles to the world.
In the end, the statue takes the participants by the hand. All together, they shape a circle and dance a circle-dance while singing a traditional Greek song about love and friendship, that are stronger than any barriers that may come from age, gender, nationality or ethnicity.
