    De Correspondent is a Dutch-language, online journalism platform that focuses on analysis, background, investigative reporting, and the kinds of stories that tend to escape the radar of mainstream media. It was launched several months after raising more than 1 Million Euros from 15,000 donors in just 8 days time, thus initiator Rob Wijnberg and founding partners Momkai and De Groene set a crowd-funding world record in journalism. In addition to offering high quality content, the project aims to contribute, through experiment and experience, to journalism´s transition into the 21st Century ecology of news. Read Less

The design language, as well as its look and feel, is an important aspect of the identity as it helps to establish De Correspondent brand by expressing its core values; of independence, conversation leading, quality journalism, subjectivity, expertise and community.
 
Our identity guidelines aim to give the proper reference material and thus help to keep De Correspondent brand and its communications consistent across all media and platforms. 
 
De Correspondent is an online journalism platform co-founded by Momkai. It focuses on background and investigative reporting.
