Focusing on "Emphasis" and "Hiearachy" I decided to stack the words to give it an one over the other feel. Diversity is given a rainbow color pallet inorder to convey its definition of all in one. 

Against sports a red line through the center; universal symbol for unacceptable.

Discrimination rounds out the piece with colored "i" that divide the word the way discrimation divides the world.
