The manifestos.
One of the assignments in Advanced Typography is to read the three editions of the First Thing's First Design Manifestos — one in 1964, one in 2000, and another in 2014. Consequently, we must design a typographic piece representing our personal opinion of these manifestos, and after a few rounds of critiques, this is the design I decided on.
