Orascom Development Holding AG (Orascom Development) is a leading developer of integrated towns with a strong foothold in Egypt and the Middle East and over 18 years of experience.The group is a developer of fully integrated towns, offering hotels, private villas and apartments, leisure facilities and supporting infrastructure.
The brief was to design a generic brochure for Orascom Developments major project, Gouna at Hurghada and design brochures for each of the seven different new villages at Gouna, each project had certain characteristics and a different style of it's own.
I chose to present on this page the Gouna brochure and Joubal project brochure layouts.
Both design covers where inspired by the architecture design, atmosphere and color schemes of each project.

GOUNA BROUCHURE
JOUBAL BROCHURE
JOUBAL logo represents a high land above the sea where the project is located (Joubal in arabic means "Mountain") . The logo design is inspired from the Origami art and the brochure is made of recycled paper material to show the eco friendly environmental support by the project.
The cover design is inspired by one of the project residential units, showing it by just using the shadows and openings (image below).
