ChristianWeek is Canada’s only national interdenominational news and opinion source. The goal for the website redesign was to bring the newspaper into the modern world by developing a responsive site that would work across all platforms and screen sizes.
 
One of the main challenges was incorporating advertising in a responsible way so that ads were only loaded on appropriate devices. The website uses Google's DoubleClick for Publishers advertising platform to achieve this and page load time was cut in half with this optimization.
