Find a way to encourage 20-25 year old women to buy clothing from Marks & Spencer.
Research I conducted found that young women were already shopping in M&S but only for food and lingerie. They felt that M&S clothes were “old-fashioned” or “frumpy” despite their youthful fashion ranges. I decided to use young women’s love of quality, M&S food to introduce them to the clothes that are sold by M&S. Using different scenarios I show how you can have some “M&S Quality Time”.
