The Spring 2014 issue of MizzouRec NATION debuted January 9, 2014. This issue was directed at students who are already on campus and familiar with the Rec on a basic level. We wanted to provide insights on different ways to use MizzouRec. The cover story focused on educating members our climbing facilities, an under-utilized area. We also provided sample workouts from our personal trainers and recipes reviewed by our registered dietitian.
