Based in the Garden City’s statements, we create a three layer strategy, which enables different levels of privacy and social behaviors: public, communitarian and private.
In order to achieve this spatial stratification we use a 4,5 x 4,5 x 4,5m module, established by the
subdivision of the original grid, which will configure heights, separations and ultimately the house’s volumes, as well as a spatial element, the stair.
Our is a ‘volume and stair exercise’, developed within a three dimensional grid.
