Matching e-vite for the conference was designed as embedded html. Recipients could click on live links to sign up or go to the website for more info. The html file did not contain attachments, so it was accepted by almost all browsers even those with high security settings. Designed so that images and headline were visible in most email hosts.This screen shows how the evite appeared in a typical email inbox.
