Artwork inspired by Paloma Faith's latest album, "A Perfect Contradiction." Overall, Paloma's album or project is ripe with symbolism and I wanted the artwork to be in that same manner. The whole concept was based on Yin-Yang, I thought that it was a great example of "a perfect contradiction" in a way that it represents complimentary opposites. So I arranged the birds to make it look like the yin-yang symbol. There are 6 birds present on the artwork, representing the 6 Paloma Faiths found on the album artwork. 1 of them is a Dove, that's due to the word Paloma meaning Dove in Spanish. The 5 other birds are Ravens, each representing the 5 men/characters that plays a major role in the album's story/music video.

I drew both illustrations separately on two pieces of 14x17 paper then combined and colored them in photoshop to create the final artwork.

This is just to show the different layers to create this artwork. However, the actual process is not as structured or organized as this gif shows. There's a lot of reordering layers, deleting layers and adding layers in between.
