Apartment 25 is a retail store located in Córdoba 25 in Colonia Roma, a collective space that brings together contemporary art, fashion and design. The spirit behind this project is the idea of constant change and renewal throughout the handpicked selection of innovative brands, Mexican and foreign. That is why this simple space was designed to reflect the combination of proposed tendencies season after season, with an interior design and the furniture that serve as integration elements between all the items on display.

 

All the furniture was designed under the same idea: materials and simple lines that blend into the space making each piece of clothing the protagonist. The main rack, for example, is made out of metallic sheets, while the floor and the counter are covered with plywood. The illumination was conceived to guide the attention towards the products through lighting fixtures in both the ceiling panels and some pieces of furniture.

 

A series of pieces made by the art studio Los Contratistas were designed and placed in the center of the shop. These break away from the minimalism of the rest of the space and generate a graphic equilibrium with the clothes. In addition to the items for sale, many chrome-plated and acrylic geometric objects were designed; they have a decorative function and work as a product display as well.
