The World Development Report (WDR) is an annual report on the economic, social, and environmental state of the world today.
I later designed two variations to the logo that will appear in the report. They illustrate the character types outlined by a theory of economics called the "rational choice theory."
The rational actor makes decisions based on fact and analysis, whereas the social actor decides based on social influence and emotion.
