I LOVE Halloween!
And the other night I found myself in between illustrations and just wanted to unwind.
Funny how some of us creatives, don't take a break like normal folks, but instead find relaxation in sketching ideas out for a future illustration.
That being the case, I wanted to quickly do a vector sketch that would leverage a little of how Freddy became the Nightmare that he is so famously known for.
In addition, I also wanted to experiment with the paint brush,
Since amajority of my illustrations prior to this have all been done without this specific tool
( I usually only play with the pen + pencil + gradient tool ( NOT gradient mesh)
