Public awareness campaign website for state beverage container recycling redemption

The Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative asked for a marketing/consumer awareness site explaining what the 5¢ beverage deposit goes to. Vased on template files from an outside agency I art directed and oversaw building the desktop website around existing branding for the campaign, and additionally I was tasked with designing and building a mobile optimized version of the site.
