Nike Point of Purchase Display
Student project from 2009
This was a 2009 studio project from school. The goal was to design a retail point of purchase display that would improve consumer interaction with product. For athletes, watches are often used while training. However, in non-Nike owned stores watches and accessories are not consistently co-located with footwear, or share the same display branding as other products. This concept utilizes the idea of Nike's Flywire technology in the retail space so that the branded display shares the same graphical and technological communication of related footwear products.
Some key ideas were floor location, visibility, and branding using Nike's newest technology.
