Monarch stools designed by Janne Kyttänen (2007) are a study for organic, but decorative lattice structures for furniture. All the 5 stools are different in size, but stack over each other and are Laser Sintered in one production run.
Monarch stools are one of many examples of products which I developed for FOC Collection. These were mostly lights and interior accessories. All products were developed mainly based on quick sketches and short brainstorming. Development always includes creating 3D files for laser manufacturing, 2D files for production of metal parts, design of details and technical elements, direct control over production.
