Butler/Till became 100% employee-owned in 2014. To celebrate, the annual ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) summer party was held at Rochester's Genesee Brew House. This poster, while celebrating this massive and exciting achievement, also needed to convey a lot of information while reinforcing the special location.
Lettered by hand and compiled in Photoshop, this was a multi-layered project that used both digital and traditional techniques.
