Butler/Till Committee Logos

Culture at Butler/Till ranks high among its values, and its committees help keep things interesting. The following six committes each serve very different purposes, despite all being part of the same brand. Therefore, the iconography for each branch needed to properly depict the goals of the group while still representing a part of Butler/Till. This was achieved by utilizing B/T's colors and a similar logo lockup paired with diverse icons.

The Fun Committee plans entertaining events sporadically throughout the year. This logo uses a blowhorn paired with confetti, made from pieces of Butler/Till's "activator," the orange wedge in the logo.
Butler/Till's Health and Wellness committee promotes active and healthy behavior amongst employees. In this case, the activator is used as a leaf on an apple's stem.
The Charity Committee makes sure Butler/Till continually and gratefully gives back to the Rochester community. In this case, the activator forms the tail of a charity ribbon.
The Popular Media team creates content and moderates Butler/Till's social media accounts, sparking conversation amongst employees, clients, vendors, and friends.
As an ESOP (an employee-owned company), every Butler/Till employee places an especially high value on their role in the company. The ESOP Communications Committee keeps the staff up to date on our growing responsibilities, ownership, and contributions.
As a company that values culture so highly, it's important that each employee fits in amongst the rest. The Culture Crew holds informal interviews with prospective employees, making sure they'll feel comfortable amongst the group, and vice versa. This particular logo was done in partnership with 2014 intern Mary Bonomo.
