Decoding Annie Parker is a powerful and inspiring story of a woman's strugle with breast cancer and those fighting to find a cure for this horrific disease. Rochester's chapter of Gilda's Club had the honor of an exclusive showing of this limited-release film, featuring a Q&A session with the director and the real-life Annie Parker. The film focuses on the research done to prove that there is a "breast cancer gene," inspiring the DNA-to-ribbon theme of the poster. While the client chose a more traditional approach with photography of the cast, this concept was both a challenge and an exciting experiment.
